Probiotic Chia Pudding

Probiotic Chia Pudding
Made with our Naturally Cultured Coconut Milk Yogurt
What a great way to add some gut healthy bacteria to your breakfast! 
  • 1 cup Knox and Aya Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Apple Sauce or Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp mixed spices (cinnamon/ginger/clove/nutmeg)
    • Place all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Place in a container over night, or for at least a half an hour. Enjoy topped with a heaped spoonful of more yogurt and toppings of your choice (may we suggest activated nuts, seed butter, paleo muesli fried bananas or apples).
